REFUND / DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

Enchantment Recordings, LLC operates the LILDOC Microlearning brand via lildocmicrolearning.com (“LILDOC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Refund / Digital Product Policy outlines how the LILDOC brand manages purchase concerns and refund requests. This document works in conjunction with the LILDOC Terms & Licensing.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
LILDOC offers digital inventory including START, BUILD, and OPERATE — Founding Digital Edition. These are currently sold digital products delivered electronically.
Because these digital assets are transmitted or accessed instantly following a transaction, all digital-product sales are final once initial delivery or access is granted. This applies unless specified within this policy, mandated by governing law, or required by our specific commerce platform.
This policy is not a general satisfaction guarantee.
ISSUES WE WILL REVIEW
LILDOC investigates specific purchase or fulfillment complications, limited to:
• Confirmed duplicate charges or unintended double purchases.
• A verified non-delivery where the digital content cannot be accessed.
• A digital file containing material defects or significant corruption.
• A transaction problem or error where required by applicable law.
When an issue arises, LILDOC may prioritize technical support, file replacement, or restoring access to correct the problem before a refund is issued.
- ERRONEOUS TRANSACTIONS
For mistaken purchases of START, BUILD, or OPERATE — Founding Digital Edition, please notify us immediately. These digital assets are generally non-refundable once content has been delivered or accessed. Potential exceptions are limited to verified non-delivery, significant material file defects, accidental duplicate charges, or mandates under applicable law. Resolution is determined case-by-case and is not guaranteed upon delivery of material.
PERSONAL PREFERENCE AND DISSATISFACTION
Refunds are not granted for changes of mind, buyer preference, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with the specific instruction style or format once access is provided. The subjective nature of digital training does not warrant a refund after delivery.
COMMERCIAL OUTCOMES AND AI PERFORMANCE
LILDOC provides tools and education but does not offer refunds based on specific business outcomes, income generation, implementation success, or AI performance metrics. We do not guarantee financial results, productivity gains, or technical outputs. A user's failure to achieve desired results or operational goals through these materials does not establish eligibility for a refund. These terms do not waive rights protected by law.
- PURCHASES VIA GUMROAD
LILDOC digital products—including the START and BUILD digital products and the OPERATE — Founding Digital Edition digital product—are sold and delivered via Gumroad. Purchases are processed and delivered through Gumroad. Gumroad provides the checkout, payment, receipt, and digital-access infrastructure for these purchases. Your purchase is governed by Gumroad’s specific terms of service and payment protocols.
Under LILDOC’s policy, refund requests are generally limited to verified non-delivery of the digital asset, significant and material technical defects within the files, confirmed duplicate billing for the same item, or circumstances required by applicable law, subject also to Gumroad’s applicable platform policies. Under LILDOC’s policy, discretionary refunds are generally not provided once digital content has been delivered or accessed, except as described in this policy, required by applicable law, or otherwise determined under the applicable commerce platform’s policies.
While LILDOC handles inquiries regarding product quality, Gumroad facilitates resolution for issues involving transaction security, receipt delivery, and platform-level access. Please note that a full refund generally ends access to the refunded digital product. Partial refunds may not affect product access.
PAYMENT DISPUTES AND RESOLUTION
If a discrepancy arises regarding a charge or delivery for START, BUILD, or OPERATE, please reach out to LILDOC to initiate a review. If you believe there is a billing, access, or delivery problem, we encourage you to contact LILDOC so we can review the issue promptly. Nothing in this policy limits payment-dispute or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
- EXECUTIVE AI WORKSTATION — OPERATE FOUNDING DIGITAL EDITION
The Executive AI Workstation — OPERATE Founding Digital Edition is a comprehensive digital product available for immediate purchase. This edition includes all digital guides, worksheets, workstation materials, and implementation tools. It also features the complete 250-Modifier Executive Prompt Library and encompasses everything provided in the START and BUILD tiers. As this is a digital-only product, all sales are subject to the standard digital refund terms described above. Optional printed companion materials, if offered in the future, are separate products and are not included in this digital edition unless explicitly stated at the point of sale. Please note that purchase of the OPERATE Founding Digital Edition does not include a physical workstation.
FUTURE PHYSICAL OR MIXED PRODUCTS
Physical products or hybrid packages combining physical and digital materials have specific shipping and return terms. These provisions will be presented at the point of purchase. Do not assume the digital-only rules on this page apply to future hardware or physical goods unless stated.
