Please do not submit passwords, confidential client information, regulated personal data, trade secrets, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for the service you are requesting.
EXECUTIVE AI SCORECARD AND ROADMAP REQUEST
The Executive AI Scorecard processes the answers you provide in order to calculate an AI-readiness result and recommend a next step.
If you separately submit the AI Implementation Roadmap Request form, we may collect information such as your first name, email address, company name, and job title so that we can respond to your request and provide relevant next-step information.
IMPLEMENTATION ASSESSMENT
If you submit an Implementation Assessment, we may collect information including your first and last name, business email, company, job title, industry, company size, current use of AI, AI implementation challenges, desired business outcomes, approximate number of users, desired implementation timeframe, and implementation scope.
We use this information to understand your current AI environment, evaluate your implementation request, and determine an appropriate next step.
FOUNDING EDITION INTEREST LIST
If you join the LILDOC Executive AI Workstation — Founding Edition interest list, we may collect your first name, email address, company, and job title.
We use this information to respond to your request and provide relevant information concerning Founding Edition availability, fulfillment, and purchase details.
Joining the Founding Edition interest list does not by itself constitute consent to unrelated promotional marketing communications.
CONTACT AND INQUIRY FORMS
When you contact LILDOC through a website form, we may collect the contact information and message information you voluntarily provide so that we can respond to your inquiry and provide requested information or support.
PURCHASES THROUGH GUMROAD
LILDOC currently uses Gumroad as an external platform for certain digital-product purchases.
When you purchase through Gumroad, Gumroad processes the checkout and payment transaction under its own terms and privacy practices.
LILDOC may receive information associated with your purchase, such as your name, email address, product purchased, transaction information, and other information you voluntarily provide during checkout.
LILDOC does not receive your full credit-card information from Gumroad.
